Beautiful and firm knees with Attiva

ATTIVA® München

Beautiful, flawless legs do not include spider veins or cellulite. These are probably the best known phenomena that can lead to dissatisfaction. But for some women there is a completely different problem zone: the knees! Whether by nature or in the course of the aging process – the knees can also get wrinkles and look flabby. If you want to do something lasting about it, you can consider Attiva radiofrequency therapy, which we offer in our private practice for dermatology and aesthetics in Munich. You can find out how it works in this article. And a little extra: Influencer Bibi Horst is currently testing the procedure!

General tips for beautiful, firm knees
sport can make beautiful knees!

If the legs are trained well, the knees will also benefit. Classic exercises in this regard are squats, which are also called squats. Please make sure that the knees point slightly outwards and do not point beyond the tips of the feet while performing the exercise. For even greater exercise success, extend your arms forward or upward during the squat. Tense your abdomen and back and perform the movements consciously and slowly. Attention: Do not fall into a hollow back and do not make a cat hump!

Other good training methods for beautiful knees are jogging, step aerobics and cycling. Ditch the elevator and take the stairs – that can also help!

Cream beautiful knees!

Complementing exercise, appropriate skin care can also help tone your knees. Stimulate the blood circulation of the skin with alternating showers (also good for cellulite!), so it is particularly receptive to nourishing active ingredients. Ask us in our practice which firming cream is suitable for you. We have a few insider tips up our sleeves! You can also improve the effect with a gentle plucking and pressure massage.

Knee-lifting with radiofrequency therapy attiva

The novel radiofrequency therapy Attiva is at the forefront of technological innovations concerning cosmetic-aesthetic treatments. For this reason, the procedure, which originated in Italy, is considered a true breakthrough by world-renowned experts in aesthetic and plastic surgery. Amazing, immediately visible and long-lasting results can be achieved with just one or a few treatment sessions. Attiva has a very high level of safety and technology.

The concept itself is quickly explained: Attiva radiofrequency therapy can stimulate collagen production in the body in a very targeted way using heat. This tightens the skin and results in a lifting effect. In addition, Attiva can be used to remove small fat deposits.

And this is how it works: A fine probe is inserted into the subcutaneous tissue of the knee. Radiofrequency energy is now deliberately applied to specific areas. This generates individually adjustable heat that penetrates deep into the tissue. The skin surface is simultaneously treated with reduced temperature. In this way, the collagen fibers of the lower skin layers contract and the mobile connective tissue cells are activated. As a result, new collagen is formed in the skin of the knees.

The result: immediate, lasting and permanently tightened skin on the knees!  If necessary, Attiva can be combined with a fat-removal injection if too much fat has accumulated in the subcutaneous fatty tissue of the knees. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Other areas of application for attiva

By the way, depending on the temperature used, Attiva can have other effects on the connective tissue: In addition to the aforementioned tightening and lifting effect and wrinkle treatment, radiofrequency therapy can also be used to improve the appearance of scars and treat cellulite.

EXPERIENCE WITH KNEE-LIFTING WITH ATTIVA: MUNICH BLOGGER BIBI HORST FROM SCHOKOLADENJAHRE

Currently, beauty and fashion blogger Bibi Horst is having her knees tightened with Attiva. “Everyone has body parts that are particularly close to their heart, and for me it’s my knees, among other things. Unfortunately, gravity is wreaking havoc on me in my mid-50s,” the influencer writes on her blog www.schokoladenjahre.com.

That’s why she has radiofrequency therapy and reports online about the progress. “I have already had the first session, the second will follow in a few months, then I will report about it in detail. I am very excited because I have already noticed the first differences,” she writes.
