We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a dedicated and qualified medical assistant for a full-time or part-time position, effective immediately. Our aim is to elevate the treatments of our patients to a new level with your support.
- You have a passion for the medical field, particularly aesthetic dermatology.

- You will play a key role in the practice team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
- You will assist with administrative tasks (scheduling, patient registration, billing).
- You will handle reception and patient care duties, including phone service and appointment organization.
- You will prepare treatment rooms and assist with examinations.
- You will independently perform cosmetic treatments (e.g., hair removal, laser therapy).
- You will document patient information, manage medical records, and handle inventory management.
- You will play a key role in the practice team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
- You will assist with administrative tasks (scheduling, patient registration, billing).

- You will prepare treatment rooms and assist with examinations.
- You will independently perform cosmetic treatments (e.g., hair removal, laser therapy).
- You will document patient information, manage medical records, and handle inventory management.
- Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA).
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in aesthetics.
- Experience as a study nurse is a plus.
- Skills in medical administration and patient care.
- Knowledge of practice software and electronic health records.
- Excellent communication skills in German.
- Good English skills are an advantage.
- Team-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
